With the right intention, marriage brings you a lot closer to Paradise. That can only be achieved if you get married because of Allah; not out of lust or to have someone always serving you. It was narrated by his wives that Prophet Muhammad would serve them whenever he was at home with them. When you have become a husband, be like him. When you have become a father, be like him.
